debarri is operated by Arrimat Software OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registration number 16444756 (opens in a new tab). References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Arrimat Software OÜ.

2. About debarri

debarri is a neighbourhood marketplace platform that connects buyers with local shops. The service is currently in development. This website is a pre-launch page whose sole purpose is to collect interest from potential users and shops.

3. Waitlist registration

By submitting your email address through this website you are expressing interest in early access to debarri. Joining the waitlist:

• does not create a contractual relationship or guarantee of access to the service;
• does not obligate you to use or pay for the service when it launches;
• may result in us sending you one or more emails about the launch of debarri in your area.

4. Personal data & GDPR

We collect only your email address. We process it on the lawful basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) solely to notify you when debarri becomes available near you. We will not sell, share, or use your email address for any other purpose.

You have the right to withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@debarri.com. We will action your request within 30 days.

As an Estonian company operating within the European Union, we are subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Your data is stored within the EU.

5. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

6. Accuracy of information

debarri is a pre-launch product. Features, pricing, and availability described on this website are indicative and may change before or after launch.

Where this website references third-party platforms, those references are based on publicly available information or regulatory findings, which are cited inline. We make no claims beyond what those sources support.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arrimat Software OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the debarri service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence within the EU.
