Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Arrimat Software OÜ collects when you visit debarri.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We have written it to be readable, not just legally complete.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Arrimat Software OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under number 16444756 (opens in a new tab).
For all privacy matters, contact us at privacy@debarri.com.
2. What data we collect and why
debarri is currently in pre-launch. The only personal data we collect at this stage is your email address, if you choose to join the waitlist.
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email address | To notify you when debarri launches in your area | Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) | Until you unsubscribe or the service launches, whichever comes first — then deleted within 30 days |
We do not collect your name, location, phone number, or any other personal data through this website. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies of any kind.
3. Cookies
This website sets no cookies — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or share your email address with any third party for their own purposes.
We may use a transactional email provider to send the launch notification. Any such provider acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement and is permitted to use your data only to deliver that email on our behalf.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored and processed within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.
6. Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject in the EU you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — since our processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@debarri.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon):
- Website: aki.ee (opens in a new tab)
- Email: info@aki.ee
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before the full debarri service launches, to cover data processed through the marketplace itself (buyer enquiries, shop profiles, offer history, etc.). We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes by email before they take effect.
The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
